These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of tradesake, the tradesake website, and services made available through tradesake.app. By accessing, creating an account, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the related policies presented on this page.

• tradesake is provided as a journaling, review, educational, and workflow platform for traders.
• tradesake may include broker connectivity, trade journaling, performance review tools, mentor features, educational content, and creator-hosted course experiences.
• You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the activity that occurs under your account, and the security of your login credentials.
• tradesake may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, infrastructure, or product changes.
• tradesake may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the platform in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.

Risk Disclosure

Trading futures and forex involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors.

Local Storage

Some application settings and calculator data may be stored locally within your web browser using technologies such as localStorage. This allows the application to remember your inputs and settings between sessions. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Refund / Billing Policy

tradesake may offer free access, paid subscriptions, creator or educator billing, and other paid digital services. Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, fees apply to digital access and platform features rather than physical goods.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because tradesake is a digital platform that may provide immediate access to paid features, content, or account privileges, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

• Fees, billing intervals, renewal timing, and included features will be described at the time of purchase or upgrade.
• If a plan renews automatically, you are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
• No refunds will be issued for change of mind, lack of usage, dissatisfaction, misunderstanding of features, or incorrect purchase selection.
• Educator, mentor, LMS, or creator billing may be governed by additional commercial terms when those services are launched.
• Upon successful payment, you may receive immediate access to digital features, content, or account privileges. Since digital access may be granted immediately, the sale may be considered final at the time access is provided.
• If you experience technical issues accessing or using a paid service, you should contact tradesake support using the contact method published on the site.

Ad Disclosure

tradesake may display advertisements, sponsored placements, affiliate links, promoted educator content, featured creator content, or partner offers within the website or platform. These placements may be shown based on general site context, platform section, account type, role, or creator relationship, but they are not investment recommendations, endorsements of trading performance, or guarantees of results.

Some links or promotions may result in tradesake receiving compensation if a user clicks, signs up, or purchases through that placement. Sponsored or promoted content will be identified where reasonably appropriate.

Users should perform their own due diligence before engaging with any third-party product, service, educator, broker, prop firm, creator, or offer presented through the platform. tradesake is not responsible for the policies, services, claims, results, or content of third-party advertisers, sponsors, creators, educators, or linked external websites. Any interaction with a third-party offer is solely between you and that third party.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and tradesake governing your licensed use of software, tools, features, and digital services made available through tradesake.app. By purchasing, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

• License Grant. tradesake grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for your personal or business use in accordance with this Agreement and the Terms of Service.
• Ownership. The platform, software, workflows, designs, educational systems, and related materials are licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with tradesake.
• Restrictions. You may not share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, copy, materially modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass access or security features.
• Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any connected account credentials used with the platform.
• No Refunds Unless Stated Otherwise. Where a specific paid offer states that all sales are final or non-refundable, that offer controls unless otherwise required by law.
• Termination. tradesake may terminate or suspend your license if you breach this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or other applicable platform policies.
• Disclaimer of Warranties. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, tradesake will not be liable for damages resulting from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Governing Law. Governing law and venue will be applied as stated in the final published platform terms.

Purchase Agreement, License & Risk Acknowledgment

By purchasing a paid tradesake service, upgrade, educator plan, creator access level, or related digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are receiving a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable digital service subject to tradesake’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and EULA.
• All sales are final and non-refundable, and you acknowledge that condition before purchasing.
• You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to paid digital services except where expressly permitted in writing.
• You understand that trading involves substantial risk and that neither tradesake nor any educational content on the platform guarantees results, profits, funded-account passes, or trading success.
• You understand that educational tools, analytics, trade examples, reviews, and mentor or creator content are not financial advice.

License & Acceptable Use

Your access to tradesake is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, tradesake grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for its intended purposes.

• No sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing security controls.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any connected broker credentials.
• tradesake may suspend or terminate access for abuse, misuse, fraud, or violation of platform rules.
• You may not use the platform to violate the rights of others, interfere with platform operations, or upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content.
